Ibrahim Reyes represents clients involved in commercial disputes in state and federal courts in Miami, Florida, as well as clients in the sports and entertainment space including soccer leagues, clubs, sports agencies, and music and video producers. With over two decades assisting clients in their domestic and cross-border commerce. Fluent in Spanish with a good understanding of Brazilian Portuguese, Ibrahim has broad experience in Latin America, helping clients engaged in commerce with Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America.  Some types of cross-border matters handled include commercial contracts, joint ventures, distribution agreements, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance.

Where cultural insight is pivotal, we represent U.S. clients in Latin American market entry, resolving contractual disputes involving Latin American counterparties, or structuring transactions compliant with both U.S. and foreign laws. Our known local counsel throughout Latin America and deep cultural roots and legal experience in Latin America, we strive to deliver seamless cross-border success.

In the General Personal Injury area of law, Ibrahim has partaken in hostage wrongful death claims, international airline disasters claims under The Hague and the Montreal Convention, and federal litigation.

Ibrahim Reyes graduated in 1986 from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science having majored in Microbiology, and in 2000 from the University of Miami School of Law. After having worked with some of Miami's finest lawyers, Ibrahim Reyes has managed his small firm in the heart of downtown Coral Gables since 2014.

Yusbel Olivares first became an attorney in Cuba before fleeing communism for the United States, and in December 2025 obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He is preparing for The Florida Bar exam, and is the firm's Law Clerk Yusbel Olivares coordinates and conducts client inquiries, legal research, document drafting, and Immigration Court attendances. 

Yusbel Olivares' Spanish-language fluency and familiarity with the Cuban legal system is an asset as the firm plans its expansion to Venezuela and Cuba as soon as these countries are free and the law allows.
