Ibrahim Reyes is a results-driven attorney and founder of Reyes Lawyers, P.A., a boutique civil litigation and business law firm in Coral Gables, Florida. With more than 20 years of experience, he provides sophisticated representation in complex commercial disputes, business transactions, sports and entertainment law, immigration matters, and cross-border issues throughout Latin America.

Mr. Reyes is recognized by Chambers & Partners as a key practitioner in Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation in Florida. He has also been named an Elite Lawyer in Sports & Entertainment Law. His practice encompasses:

• Commercial litigation and trial practice in Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit;

Yusbel Olivares is a dedicated attorney and law clerk at Reyes Lawyers, P.A., bringing unique bilingual and bicultural insight to the firm’s immigration, cross-border, and civil litigation practice. Licensed to practice law in Cuba prior to fleeing communism, Yusbel earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in December 2025.

In this role, Yusbel coordinates client intake and inquiries, conducts in-depth legal research, drafts pleadings and supporting documents, and represents clients at Immigration Court hearings. Yusbel’s fluency in Spanish, combined with firsthand familiarity with the Cuban legal system and Latin American business environments, provides a significant advantage when navigating immigration matters, consular processing, and cross-border disputes.

This expertise is particularly valuable as the firm supports clients with U.S. immigration needs and prepares for opportunities in a post-communist Cuba, including property rights claims under Helms-Burton Title III and related commercial ventures. Yusbel’s background strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver culturally attuned, efficient, and effective representation to clients from Miami’s diverse exile and international communities.
